The Microburst is Dr. Slick’s compact, do-it-all fishing plier—built for anglers who want real cutters, real grip, and salt-friendly durability without a bulky tool on their hip. It features replaceable tungsten-carbide anvil cutters that chew through mono, fluoro, braid, and even bite wire (rated up to 60 lb), plus replaceable long-nose jaws for solid control when you’re working hooks, split rings, or knots.

The frame is anodized 6061-T6 aluminum for corrosion resistance, paired with non-slip rubber grips and a self-opening spring so it’s quick and comfortable to use all day.
