Join our Beginner Fly Tying Class and learn to tie your own flies! This immersive and hands-on two-session course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of fly tying and equip you with the knowledge and skills to tie effective flies for a successful fishing experience. The class will be divided into two sessions:

Session 1: Introduction to Fly Tying You'll become familiar with the essential tools and materials used in fly tying as well as their function and usage. You will be guided step-by-step as you tie your first basic fly patterns. You'll learn fundamental tying techniques.

Practice tying in-between classes!

Session 2: Building on Your Skills We'll delve deeper into the art of fly tying. You'll advance your skills by learning more intricate fly patterns and exploring various styles and techniques. Our instructor will share expert tips on customizing flies for specific fish species and different fishing conditions, gaining insight into the insects and baitfish that flies imitate. This class will give you the confidence to experiment with different materials and fly patterns.

Requirements: None, all materials and tools will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Class Schedule:
• Session 1: [November 20th 6:30-8:30pm]
• Session 2: [November 22nd 6:30-8:30pm]

Enrollment: Space is limited to 4 students. Register online by purchasing this product, via phone or in-store.

Rate: $150 covers instruction for the two tying sessions. Additional materials purchased during the sessions will be discounted 20% for students.
